Chad Kusko 

Dr. Chad Kusko is the Director of Operations for the -CPIE, Administrative Director of the ATLSS Center, PITA Associate Director at Lehigh University, and RAMP Associate Director at Lehigh University. Chad graduated from Lehigh University with a B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering in 1997 and a M.S. in Materials Science and Engineering in 1999.  He earned his Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering and M.B.A. from Lehigh University in 2002.  From 2002 to 2005, Chad worked in Corporate Operations at Lutron Electronics as a Senior Operations Engineer prior to returning to Lehigh University as the Research Operations Manager for Lehigh’s Real-Time Multi-Directional (RTMD) equipment site within the Network for Earthquake Engineering Simulation (NEES).  From 2007 to 2008, Chad worked as an Operations Leader at Lutron Electronics, focusing on management of the organization’s demand and production planning efforts.  In 2008, Chad returned to Lehigh University to serve as the Administrative Director of the ATLSS Engineering Research Center, PITA Associate Director, and RAMP Associate Director, in addition to serving as the Research Operations Manager for Lehigh’s Natural Hazards Engineering Research Infrastructure (NHERI) Experimental Facility.  Chad can be reached by email at chk205@lehigh.edu or by phone at 610-758-5299.
